Woolworths runs its own toys brand, Chad Valley, which was launched in 1991, but also carries a lot of other nursery toy brands including Chicco, Fisher Price, Leapfrog and VTech.

Ordering from Woolworths: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

When ordering toys from Woolworths there is a standard charge of £4.95 for each order. On the Woolworths website delivery times are given against each item but for delivery in the UK, orders should take around 7 working days.

If the item you require from Woolworths needs 2 people to carry it an extra charge will be applied to the order and this will vary by product.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you haven't received your toy after 7 working days, you should contact Woolworths.

Ordering from Woolworths: Refunds and Returns Policy

You can return an order up to 28 days after receipt for a refund as long as the item is unused and the packaging has not been damaged. Items which have seals should not be broken.

You can either send the toy back to Woolworths at your own cost or take it back to a Woolworths store with proof of purchase and proof of identity.

Faulty goods bought from Woolworths will be repaired, exchanged or refunded in accordance with your legal rights.
