Ordering from Mothercare: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Postage and packaging costs £4.95 for each order to the UK mainland unless the order qualifies for free delivery because it is either:

· over £150 or over £100 and you pay using your Mothercare credit card.

Most orders from Mothercare are delivered within 4 working days and if the order can't be delivered at the first attempt then it will be returned to your post office for collection.

Items that take longer to deliver are shown on the Mothercare website.

Mothercare will deliver to addresses outside the mainland UK but prices depend on the location and the weight of the order so check their website for details.

Ordering from Mothercare: Refunds and Returns Policy

Mothercare will exchange or refund most items within 28 days of receipt as long as you can provide proof of purchase and a delivery note. You must return the item to your nearest Mothercare store or to Mothercare Direct unused.
