Ordering from The Kids Window: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

The standard delivery charge starts at £3.99 for delivery to England, Wales and most parts of Scotland. It's higher for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man.

You will usually receive your order within 2 – 3 working days excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Some items may take longer and this will be indicated on The Kids Window website.

The Kids Window can send some items by sent priority delivery to arrive with you the next day. Priority delivery charges start from £5.99 to England, Wales and most parts of Scotland.

For orders outside the UK, you will need to place your order and go to the checkout to confirm the delivery cost.

Ordering from The Kids Window: Refunds and Returns Policy

You can return faulty items to The Kids Window for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receipt. You will also receive the delivery charge back if you request a refund and it's the only item that you ordered.

You can also return unused items within 14 days of receipt for a refund if all the labels are intact and you send the items back in their original packing. You will also need to state the reason for return.
