Ordering from Kiddicare: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Free delivery is provided by Kiddicare on all orders within the UK mainland. However, if you have only ordered Extra Deal items (these items are pre-fixed with an X in the title description) your order must be above £50 or you will need to pay a £4.99 delivery charge. If you have a non-Extra Deal item in your shopping basket then there is no limit on free delivery.

Kiddicare dispatch most items straight away and your order should arrive in a few working days. However, if the item is a pre-order or it has to be dispatched from the manufacturer delivery will take longer. This will be marked against the item on the Kiddicare site.

Kiddicare uses Interlink to deliver orders and you may need to collect the item from the nearest Interlink depot if they fail to deliver after a couple of attempts. Therefore, it may be a good idea to provide an alternative delivery address if you are out during the day.

Ordering from Kiddicare: Refunds and Returns Policy

All items bought from Kiddicare are covered by a 6 month guarantee. However, this doesn't cover you for accidental damage or damaged caused by misuse.

If your toy develops a manufacturing fault within 28 days, Kiddicare.com will exchange or repair it.

If your toy develops a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period then Kiddicare send you the spare parts or repair your toy free of charge.

You can cancel your Kiddicare order within 7 days from the day after the date of delivery. You will need to obtain a Returns Number (RMA) from the Kiddicare website before you can send back the order to get a refund, and you will need to pay for the cost of the return.
Any refunds will be credited to your Kiddicare.com account, unless you tell Kiddicare that you want the refund to go to your credit or debit card.

Ordering from Kiddicare: Other Points

• The Kiddicare website allows you to track your order by entering the Tracking Number which you will receive in the e-mail from them when you place an order.
• Kiddicare operates a Price Match Plus promise. If you find one of Kiddicare's products cheaper on another website (excluding e-Bay) Kiddicare will to beat that price and also give you 20% of the difference between price of the product on the other site and Kiddicare's price.

So, for example, if you find a nursery toy £5.00 cheaper on another site, Kiddicare will beat their price and will also give you an extra 20% of the difference i.e. £1.00.
