Ordering from Just Childsplay: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Just Childsplay offers two types of delivery, standard delivery and express delivery.

Standard Delivery Service

Standard delivery from Just Childsplay costs £3.95 to mainland UK addresses and usually takes 3 – 5 working days for your order to be delivered, although if the toy you want is out of stock it can take up to 10 working days. If the order is over £75 then you will get free delivery.

Express Delivery Service

Just Childsplay also offers an express delivery service for toy orders to the mainland UK, for a charge of £8.95. Delivery is usually the next working day although it may take 2 working days in some instances. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will not get processed until the next working day so, for example, if you place an order on a Saturday then the order is likely to be received on Tuesday.

Ordering from Just Childsplay: Refunds and Returns Policy

You can return your toy for a refund within 28 days of delivery as long as your order has been unopened and is in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.

If your toy becomes faulty within one year of purchase then Just Childsplay will replace it at no cost.
