Ordering from Great Little Trading Company: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Standard Delivery Service

The standard delivery charge for Great Little Trading Company orders delivered in the UK and Northern Ireland is £4.95. If the item is in stock then it will be dispatched the next day and you should receive your order within 7 working days.

Larger items on the site, which are identified by a lorry symbol, will incur an additional charge of between £5.95 and £24.95 per item and can only be delivered to the UK mainland.

Next Day Delivery Service

The Great Little Trading Company also offers a next day delivery service, for which you will be charged an additional £5 for orders placed before midday Monday to Thursday. This is only available for items which are in stock and do not carry the lorry symbol.

If the item is out of stock and there is likely to be a delay in delivery then the Great Little Trading Company will contact you.

Personalised items will take up to 6 weeks for delivery and larger items may take up to 8 weeks.

The Great Little Trading Company offers a quality guarantee so if you are unhappy with a product for any reason then you can send it back.

The toy must be sent back to the Great Little Trading Company in the perfect condition with the original packaging within 30 days and they will give you a refund or replace the item. Personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if they are faulty.
