Buying Nursery Toys from Early Learning Centre

The Early Learning Centre has been on our high street since the mid 1970s and there are now over 200 Early Learning Centre stores in the UK. The Early Learning Centre website has over 2,000 toys to choose from online, a wider selection than you will find in their shops. Early Learning Centre is the leading toy retailer for children aged 0-6 years. All their toys are designed to encourage learning through play, and develop key skills such as imagination, creativity and active play. As well as having their own Early Learning Centre toy brand, they also sell a wide range of other nursery toy brands including Fisher Price, Leapfrog, Lego, Little Tikes, Mamas & Papas, Playmobil and VTech.

Ordering from Early Learning Centre: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

The Early Learning Centre offers two types of delivery for your toys.

Standard Delivery Service

Standard Delivery will cost £3.95 for orders under £75 and is free for orders of £75 or more. This will take 5 working days to deliver to your home anywhere on the UK mainland. The Early Learning Centre will also deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man but it will take between 7 – 10 working days.

Express Delivery Service

Express Delivery costs £4.95 for any order value, and your toy order will take 2 working days to deliver. However, you can't choose Express Delivery for addresses in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Man.

Delivery is either by courier or the Post Office and if they cannot deliver after two attempts then you will need to arrange collection. The Early Learning Centre will deliver to other addresses such as work so you should consider this if you are not at home all day.

When you have placed your order with the Early Learning Centre, you will receive an e-mail confirming all your order details.

Ordering from Early Learning Centre: Refunds and Returns Policy

The Early Learning Centre have a no-quibbles return policy and you can either exchange your toy or get a full refund by:

· calling them to arrange collection

· returning the toy to an Early Learning Centre store

· sending the toy back to them (free of charge) with the advice note.
