Ordering from Argos: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Argos offers two delivery services depending on the size of the toys that you are ordering:

Smaller Items (which can be carried by one person)

Smaller toys will be delivered for £4.95 and will usually arrive within 48 hours or on a day of your choice for £4.95.

You can get next day delivery before 1pm or delivery on Saturday by paying a delivery charge of £7.90.

Argos's delivery times are between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Friday and from 8am to 2pm on Saturdays.

Larger Items (which require two delivery people)

Larger toys can take between 7 and 28 days to arrive depending on the toy. Argos will usually contact you to agree a delivery date with you when your order is ready for dispatch.

The delivery cost is still £4.95 for larger items.

There are two time slots:

• Morning - between 7.30am – 1pm
• Afternoon - between 12pm – 6pm.

Most larger items will also be delivered to the room of your choice.

Ordering from Argos: Refunds and Returns Policy

Argos's no-quibble 16 day guarantee means that with most items, if you change your mind you can return the goods unused in their original packing with the receipt to your nearest store and you'll get your money back.

If your toy is faulty or develops a problem within 30 days, you can return it to Argos and they will usually offer you a replacement, repair or refund.

If your product develops a fault after the 30-day period but within a year of purchase, you can return it to Argos and they will repair it. If they can't repair it, they will give you a replacement.
