How to Choose and Buy Toys for Babies – 3 - 6 months

Baby is really motoring now with his development. He will have begun to lift his head and may even have started on the road to rolling over. He will be interested in picking up toys and turning them in his hand before bringing them to his mouth to feel texture.

Different shapes will intrigue baby and objects that incorporate a number of elements will keep baby discovering for a while. Toys to look out for include soft balls, blocks with surprises, stacking rings, stacking pots and teethers.

Baby Einstein produces books that will intrigue young babies with their colourful characters and activities. Galt's soft books are full of colour and images that will appeal to babies too.
