Brands of Baby Toys - Sassy

Sassy Inc came to be in 1982 after the purchase of the Sassy Seat Company of Fort Lauderdale in Florida. Throughout the 1980's Sassy continued to acquire companies to help build an infant brand offering bouncer seats, baby toys and feeding equipment.

In the mid 1990's Sassy worked with developmental experts to create a line of toys designed to focus on four specific areas of infant development during the first year of baby's life. Focusing on vivid colours, intriguing designs and quality Sassy baby toys became popular with parents and babies.

Russ Berrie and Company, Inc purchased Sassy in 2002 but has retained the original ethos of the Sassy brand. Sassy baby toy products can now be found world wide and now include developmental and attachable toys, play mats and play gyms, car seat toys, books, bath and feeding equipment and teething products.
