About Baby Einstein

The Baby Einstein Company was created by a new mum who taught art and literature but was finding it hard to buy appropriate baby toys that allowed expression in art and literature.

She felt there was a gap in the market to provide a deeper fun experience between her and her baby when playing together. She created the Baby Einstein company to help other parents explore art, classical music and language.

What Types of Toy Does Baby Einstein Make?

Products include a collection of videos, DVDs, books, CDs and baby toys.

Baby Einstein baby toys focus on six main themes: art, language, music, nature and science.

Baby Einstein also offers parents a collection of videos and books which use fun characters, intriguing noises and scenarios to encourage baby to watch, play and learn.

Music is the main theme on Baby Einstein videos and DVDs. Baby Einstein celebrates the music of Wolfang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Sebastian Bach. With art, Baby Einstein includes works from Vincent Van Gogh to Andy Warhol.

Encouraging communication is a major goal of Baby Einstein and babies are exposed to more than one language.

But Baby Einstein doesn't just focus on the arts; science is included with encouragement to urge babies to explore the world and nature is playfully introduced using friendly animal characters that frequently appear in the Baby Einstein baby toys. And Christmas is not forgotten with a specific range for Santa time.

Lullaby Classics

The Lullaby Classics A Concert for Little Ears music CD is a 17-track, 35-minute concert featuring a collection of soothing classical melodies perfect to calm little ones as they wind down for nap time, bedtime or a bit of quiet time. Each piece, re-orchestrated for little ears by the Baby Einstein Music Box Orchestra, was specially selected to lull babies into sweet, blissful dreams. Lullaby Classics opens with "Twinkle, Twinkle" variations by Mozart and includes calming and delightful melodies from composers such as Bach, Beethoven, Dvorak and Debussy. It ends with Brahms’ "Lullaby" tucking baby in for a cosy, restful sleep.
